Responsibilities

• greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner;
• respond to customer inquiries and special requests, providing recommendations and suggestions;
• ensure a clean and well-maintained dining room, setting and clearing tables as needed;
• collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience;
• participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge;
• follow established service standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
• ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• organizational and communication skills;
• basic knowledge of wine and cocktail service is a plus.
