You will be responsible for leading and managing our service team, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• lead and manage the service team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation;
• ensure prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to inquiries and special requests;
• collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure a seamless dining experience;
• oversee table setting and presentation, ensuring a clean and attractive environment;
• manage beverage service, including wine recommendations and upselling;
• maintain accurate billing and financial records, including cash handling and tips management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
• strong leadership and management skills;
• ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints;
• knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, including wine pairings and recommendations;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• excellent organizational and communication skills.
