• greet and seat guests, providing menu recommendations and information;
• manage reservations and waitlist, ensuring efficient seating and dining experience;
• assist with setup and maintenance of the dining room, ensuring a clean and attractive environment;
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner;
• collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Host/Hostess in a high-end restaurant;
• interpersonal and communication skills;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• organizational and multitasking skills;
• professional demeanor and appearance.
