Responsibilities

• prepare and arrange service areas, such as the kitchen pass, with necessary supplies;
• transport food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
• communicate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food preparation and delivery;
• maintain a clean and organized service area, clearing tables as needed;
• respond to customer inquiries and special requests, providing recommendations and suggestions;
• follow established health and safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Food Runner or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• excellent organizational and communication skills;
• ability to lift and move heavy trays and equipment;
• ability to stand for long periods and navigate a busy dining room.
