You will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food and beverage quality standards, and overseeing the daily operations. Responsibilities

• support the Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the restaurant operations, including
• staffing, scheduling, and financial reporting;
• ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere;
• oversee the food and beverage offerings, ensuring that quality standards are met, and menu items are consistently prepared and presented;
• supervise and train staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and development;
• maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
• handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner;
• participate in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities to drive sales and increase customer loyalty;
• assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements

• proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a high-end restaurant or lounge setting;
• interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers;
• knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge;
• ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
